Who’s spending
your money?
Review active ads, budgets, promotion opt-ins and payout deductions—including automatically renewed or platform-activated campaigns, where present. Compare them with your approvals.
A second set of eyes on your platform spend, food costs and daily operations. Catch the expensive details. Make the next decision with confidence.
Start with a 7-day consultation. Ongoing support is scoped separately.
A sample of the questions we put in front of you.
Compare active campaigns, renewal settings and billed spend with what you actually approved.
Check store hours and accidental downtime.
Verify that it actually reached your account.
Someone in your corner.
No reels. No influencer campaigns. No AI content packages.
We look at the business behind your restaurant: what you spend, what you keep, what gets missed and what needs your attention.
Protect your margins. Reduce avoidable lost business. Pick the priority that matters most; we build the review around it.
Review active ads, budgets, promotion opt-ins and payout deductions—including automatically renewed or platform-activated campaigns, where present. Compare them with your approvals.
Review listing hours, unexpected closures, unavailable bestsellers and rejected-order reports. Find operational gaps that could turn a ready-to-buy guest away.
Bring sales, recurring expenses, discounts and payment deductions into one view. Model decisions such as a weekday offer or another trading day.
Compare unit costs, not just invoice totals. Track price changes, delivery shortages, damaged stock and supplier credits that still need following up.
Cost dishes by portion, understand item contribution and check ingredient-price changes. Turn repeat kitchen instructions into usable portion cards and prep lists.
Create practical checklists, an owner’s summary and an issue-follow-up routine. Add a small AI-assisted workflow only where it makes the work easier.
Oversight, not ad management. We review platform advertising as a business expense; we do not create marketing campaigns. Checks use the records and access you authorise. Cadence and automation are agreed for each engagement—not assumed to be live or round-the-clock.
We start with your existing exports, invoices and working habits. The deliverable might be a spreadsheet, a small calculator or a repeatable workflow—not a new software subscription.
Integrations are scoped only after access and feasibility are checked. You approve any changes to spend, promotions or account settings.

The uplift needed to preserve contribution—not a demand forecast.
Illustrative contribution model, not net profit. All amounts exclude tax. Same basket, variable cost and fee rate in both scenarios; fees apply after discount. The offer applies to all bills. Fixed costs and capacity are unchanged. Actual platform fee bases and funding can differ.
Contribution per bill = average pre-discount bill × (1 − discount rate) × (1 − fee rate) − variable cost. Enter ingredients, packaging and other per-bill costs in variable cost. Required bills = current bills × contribution before ÷ contribution after, rounded up. Uplift = contribution before ÷ contribution after − 1. This does not predict demand, spend changes, cannibalisation or extra staffing costs. Use the actual contract and an agreed tax basis for a business decision.
A focused consultation for one outlet and one agreed priority. We work directly with you, the owner.
Walk through the business together. Agree on the problem, collect relevant records and separate what we know from what needs checking.
Review the numbers or workflow, test the assumptions and build one practical tool or prototype around your chosen priority.
Review findings together. Hand over the editable tool, explain how to use it and agree on the next actions for the coming month.
Need a regular second set of eyes? Ongoing reviews can be scoped separately after the first week. This is owner-side consulting—not a full-time floor manager, an unlimited build or a 24/7 monitoring promise.
Owned by Disha Arora and team. Owner’s Table brings restaurant experience and AI engineering together, shaped by the day-to-day operating questions at Kami Hyderabad.
Should a weekday discount come back? Does opening another day pay? Are portions and ingredient costs where they should be? Owner’s Table starts with these practical questions—not with a pitch to “add AI.”
The restaurant behind the context.
Owner’s Table is a separate consulting practice.
A useful working relationship starts with knowing exactly what you are—and aren’t—getting.
No. We do not sell reels, social media management, influencer campaigns or AI-generated marketing packages. This is restaurant operations consulting. Platform-ad reviews are expense and approval checks, not a campaign-creation service.
We can review active campaigns, activation or renewal settings, approval records and billed spend where that information is available in the access or records you provide. We flag discrepancies for your decision. We cannot promise to detect every event, reverse every charge or recover lost sales.
No. We support you with owner-side analysis, controls and practical workflows. Your on-site team remains responsible for shifts, food safety, service and day-to-day execution. The first engagement is one week of consultation; any continuing review schedule is agreed separately.
No new POS is required to start. Exports, statements, invoices and owner-led screen sharing may be enough. Where account access is useful, we agree the minimum necessary permissions. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or sensitive customer information through the enquiry form.
Not by default. We agree the review cadence, data sources, permissions and feasibility first. Live integrations and ongoing monitoring are separately scoped. You approve changes to ads, promotions, budgets and account settings; the website demo is not connected to any restaurant account.
We work with restaurant owners and co-owners in Hyderabad. Use the form to tell us about your restaurant, discuss a focused operations review or ask a custom question. You do not need to choose a package before reaching out. We agree on the scope together before work begins.
An unexplained deduction? Rising ingredient bills? Something we haven’t listed? Tell us what’s on your mind.
No need to choose a package. Ask a specific question or start a conversation about the support your restaurant needs.
Not sure where to start?
“Here’s what’s happening at my restaurant…” is enough.
